Chelsea Shipping Corp. was incorporated on July 17, 2006 under SEC Registration No. 200628661. Its principal office address is at Stella Hizon Reyes Road, Bo. Pampanga, Lanang, Davao City and has a Manila office at 26th Floor, Fort Legend Towers, 3rd Avenue corner 31st Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City 1634.

It commenced commercial operations in January 2007, operating out of the ports of La Union, Pangasinan, Subic Bay, Bataan, Manila, Batangas, Cebu and Davao. Presently it has added the ports of Rapu-Rapu, Bicol; San Jose, Mindoro; Mogpog, Marinduque; Lubang Island; Semirara; Dumaguit, Aklan; Zamboanga; General Santos City; and Cagayan de Oro to its areas of operations.

Currently, the Company manages a fleet of nine (9) vessels which transports various petroleum products. The Company expects delivery from China of its brand new 14,000 DWT vessel to be named M/T Chelsea Thelma by January 2012.

The Company’s major clients are Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc., Cebu Pacific Air, Marine Fuels and Batangas Bay Carriers, Inc.
